Anubis (Stargate)

The following article refers to the sci-fi television show, Stargate SG-1. Related to Anubis of Egyptian Mythology. Anubis arrived back from exile to the System Lords to dominate them with technology from the Ancientss. His fleet is destroyed when Jack O'Neill used the Ancient outpost to defend the Earth from the invasion. Anubis, however survived the destruction of his fleet and attempted to return to power, aided by his immaterial, half-ascended nature.
