District of Lezhë The District of Lezhë (Albanian: Rrethi i Lezhës) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania. It has a population of 68,000 (2004 estimate), and an area of 479 km2. It is in the north-west of the country, and its capital is Lezhë. Other places in this district include Shëngjin.
