Husnock

The Husnock are a fictitious alien race first mentioned in the science fiction series Star Trek: The Next Generation. The Husnock were a highly destructive alien force which attacked and destroyed a human colony. In retribution, the only survivor of the colony, an alien known as a Dowd, destroyed the entire Husnock race. In recent years, the term Husnock has also come to be used in slang to describe a hostile and overbearing woman, most often in a very negative tone. The original Husnock aliens were described as highly aggressive and destructive and such behavior is often indicated when referring to a woman as a Husnock. Category:Star Trek races
