Natural Rights theoryNatural Rights are based upon Rosseau's Natural Law, the proposition that no man may initiate the use of force or fraud against another man or his property. Within this limitiated, all men posess the righ to live their own life as they choose and do with theur own property as they choose. The source of these Natural Rights is the nature of man himself. If we are to live in harmony with one another, these rights must be recognized. |
