North East England

\nNorth East England is one of the regions of England. The region is also sometimes known by the alternative title, Northumbria. The region was originally defined as Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Cleveland. Since then, Tyne and Wear County Council has been abolished, Darlington has seceded from County Durham, and Cleveland was split into four.
