Orlando InnamoratoOrlando Innamorato is an epic poem written by the Italian Renaissance author Matteo Maria Boiardo in 1486. It is a romance concerning the travels of the heroic knight Orlando. The poem is written in the ottava rima stanza rhythm.Orlando's exploits were continued in the books Orlando Furioso by Ludovico Ariosto in 1516, and Orlando: a Biography by Virginia Woolf in 1928.
