Pal Turán

Paul (Pal) Turán (1910–1976) was a Hungarian mathematician who made contributions in number theory and group theory. He proved one of the first major results in extremal graph theory. He wrote several papers with Paul Erdös. See: Turan's theorem, Turan graph, Turán power sum method.
