Paramita

Pramita (Sanskrit) or Parami (Pli): "Transcendent" (lit. "Having reached the farthest"). In Buddhism, these disciplines are cultivated by Bodhisattvas for crossing from sensuous life to Nirvana. The paramitas are usually listed as ten:
  1. generosity\n#morality\n#renunciation\n#wisdom\n#energy\n#patience\n#truthfulness\n#determination\n#loving-kindness\n#equanimity
