PhpgedviewPhpGedView is an open source PHP based fully featured web application for putting your genealogy on the internet. It is multi lingual and tries to support web standards as much as possible. To use it, download a copy, install it on your webserver along with your GEDCOM file. You can either use you own genealogy program to do editing and upload the GEDCOM, use the simple editing abilities in PhpGedView or use the companion GDBI client to change you genealogical data. It works in both MySQL and a non database index mode. PhpGedView was the sourceforge.net project of the month December 2003. |
