Richard Ryder (19th century politician)

Richard Ryder (1766-1832) was a British Tory politician who served as Home Secretary under Spencer Perceval. His brother, Dudley Ryder, 1st Earl of Harrowby, was a much better known politician. {| border="2" align="center"\n|-\n|width="30%" align="center"|Preceded by:
