Roundeyes"Roundeyes" is an East Asian racial epithet for non-Asians, possibly an answer to the English-language term for some East Asians, "slant-eyes." It is most commonly used by the Chinese, most likely originating from their encounters with Europeans along the Silk Roads. See also: Orient (a relative term, since it applies to Asia only from the point of view of Europeans). |
