Strong Mad

\nStrong Mad, a character in the Homestar Runner series, has the size, strength, and oratory skills of an ogre. He is The Cheat's best friend and has very fond feelings for him, and very few feelings (besides anger) for anyone and anything else. He looks out for The Cheat. For example, in the Strong Bad E-mail called "little animal", Strong Bad kicks The Cheat, which angers Strong Mad, who then chases Strong Bad. Strong Mad is generally depicted as having low intelligence, but nobody dares tell him. Strong Bad famously tells his students, including Strong Mad, to draw a dragon, only to tell him to "Just keep doin' your thing, man" after discovering Strong Mad carving the word "DAGRON" [sic] into his desk. It's hard to understand his speech, because his words are low-pitched growls and screams, yet usually intelligible. When he inhales helium, he does not sound any different, his voice already having a quacky timbre. Similarly, perhaps his crowning achievement was being able to say "Douglas". In a SB email entitled "cheat talk", Strong Bad asks The Cheat, and then Strong Mad, to say "Douglas". Neither can. In a later email entitled "sibbie", Strong Bad tries to teach Strong Mad and Coach Z to say "fhqwhgads", and both fail — however, Strong Mad finally says "Douglas", and earns a gold star.
